Shipping & Returns

How much will it cost to ship my order?
Shipping: Please choose your desired method of shipping at the appropriate point during the checkout process. Once an item is added to the shopping cart, you can estimate your shipping prior to check out.

I just placed an order with you. When will it ship out?
All priced items on the website are in stock, we will process your order immediately and despatch within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. Out-of-stock items (POA) are normally shipped within 7 days of order confirmation.

How soon can I expect to receive my order?
All orders are sent within 24-48 hours of receipt during business days. All orders are sent by Royal Mail Services and delivery time is dependant on the service chosen during the checkout process. All UK orders have an estimated delivery time of 2-3 business days. Delivery time for European countries is estimated at 5-7 business days and delivery time for countries outside Europe can be up to 7-14 days depending on the postal service chosen.

Do you guarantee my order? What happens if I'm not satisfied with it?

RETURNS POLICY:
Please contact us via email, phone or fax for a returns document. Any product returned without a completed returns document will not be processed.
If you find your item to be defective or incorrect it must be returned complete in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt. If the item is returned as defective it will be inspected / tested and if it’s found to be defective we will immediately send a replacement. If the item has been damaged as the result of incorrect installation no refund will be offered and we will return the item to the address provided on the returns document.

Any item that is defective or incorrect that is returned within 7 days of receipt in original condition, will be issued an exchange or full refund.
Any item returned that is damaged through incorrect installation / not in its original condition will not be offered a refund and the item will then be returned to the address provided on the returns document.
Consumable items may NOT be returned for replacement or refund.
Any item return that does not comply with the above policy will be subject to a restocking fee, at our discretion.

How long will it take to replace my item?
If you return an item to Rspec Performance Products, please allow 5-7 days for your returned item to be received and processed. If a replacement is authorised, please allow 2-3 days for the replacement item to arrive (UK).
